The main sites of interest in this area are:
- Mouth of Homewood Canyon
- Ruth Mine
- Rattlesnake Canyon
- Mohawk Mine
- Rusky Cabin

A paved road leads into Homewood Canyon from Trona-Wildrose Road and
continues all the way up to the Ruth Mine. A dirt road continues up the
canyon from there. It is also possible to take a dirt road just beyond the
Ruth Mine over the ridge and into Crow Canyon in order to access the upper
portion of Great Falls Basin. Rattlesnake Canyon provides another access
point into the area. A dirt road extends from below Great Falls Basin over
to Rattlesnake Canyon.
